Nowadays, we’re constantly glued to our screens and devices, distracted 24/7. We believe that emphasis on being more present and mindful in our lives should be a priority to rebalance, recharge and reconnect with ourselves.
We agree that having fun is more valuable than having things and undertaking healthy fears and challenges lead to real personal evolution. For us, rest and relaxation are just as essential as hard work.
